We do offer drop-shipping to your customers. For each order that is going to a separate address, you will need to place separate orders for each.
You cannot combine a wholesale order with a drop-shipping order. You will need to place these as separate orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- No returns or exchanges on wholesale items.
- If you have an issue with your order please email us with in 48 hours of receiving it.
- We do NOT cancel orders. Once you place an order we can not cancel it.
- We ship within 5-7 days of ordering. Our turn around time does change through out the year due to order volumes. As of May 15th 2021, We do pre print our shipping labels once the order is verified and so we can get the order processed, So once you get a tracking email it might be a couple more days before order moves
- If ordering for a special event or holiday, please take into consideration potential delays during high-volume times for wholesalers as well as potential post office delays.
- We are not responsible for products lost or damaged once your order has shipped. The postal carrier will be responsible once we ship the packages. If your item is showing delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local post office, UPS branch, etc.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order.
- Orders of $200+ (this must go to a single address) will receive free shipping. For example, you cannot place a wholesale order of $150 and a drop-shipping order of $50 and receive free shipping.
